Splinter Cell: Double Agent Achievements

Over at Xbox 360 Achievements they have managed to nearly complete the achievements list for Splinter Cell: Double Agent. The achievements are somewhat odd, especially when comparing the values of certain achievements. A good example that Kotaku used was the value of the "Teacher's Pet" ("In solo mode, successfully complete both training courses") achievement compared to the value of "Professional Ninja" ("Complete solo mode on Hard difficulty") is the same 40 Gamerscore. Unless the training missions are extremly difficult, which I highly doubt, this does not measure up.
