Something postive to say about Xbox Support

Well, after two Xbox 360 mics breaking (and my two original Xbox mics), I called in trying to get one sent to me, in return for the broken one. I was hesitant due to the fact that I figured that the one month warrenty for all the '05 360's only concerned the 360 console itself. I was dead on. My mic and other accesories were not covered; however, the Xbox support guy pulled some strings and is sending me one. Proably due to fact of the history behind my Xbox 360. When he pulled up my 360's case file, he simply said "Oh, wow." Which I found quite amusing. Anyways, long story short, I will be recieving a 360 mic with 3 to 4 days. Woo!
