Ugh, Elder Scrolls IV, the struggle for last the achievement

I have succesful recieved 49 out of the 50 achievements in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The very last achievement "Champion, Fighters Guild", is only not recieved due to a glitch that occured. "Mystery at Harluns Watch", is the name of the quest, and it was 'fixed' in the recent patched. However, this patch did not fix the glitch if the quest was already glitched, only if the quest was not completed, and was not started. This is unfortunate, seeing I cannot achieve Champion of the Fighters Guild on my level 42 character. Thats a bummer considering, ever other major guild/faction has been completed. I only have one choice, and one choice only. To create a completely new character, and complete the fighters guild again. Its annoying, but you have to do what you have to do, and considering the shear size of this game, it doesn't tick me off. Considering that Bethesda completed the game in a couple of years is a wonder. Glitches are obiviously going to pop up, considering the small time frame, for such a massive world.

I have already started out on a new character, a priest to be precise. Basically, I tried to correctly replicate a priest, and how, in my mind, they would play. Some skills off the top of my head I gave her, are the following: Blunt, Restoration, Light Armor, etc. Hopefully this time, I won't encounter a glitch.
