"Cancel the account"

Vincent Ferrari wanted was to cancel his AOL account, but AOL were quite persistant to piss him off in the process. In this audio clip, you are about to hear, you will here an AOL representative make a complete jack ass of himself, while trying to figure out why Vincent is trying to delete the account. To be quite honest, it doesn't matter why he wants to delete. The point of the matter is, he wants it deleted, and you don't ask questions. Vincent, although not required provides a 'Sir Jack Ass' a answer:"I don't use it, and he (his father) doesn't use it". Vincent really kept it quite calm, which actually suprised me, because honestly, I would be extremly pissed and in a fit of rage. This is both humorous and sad.
