Well, I called the Purolator phone line (1-888-SHIP-123), and after much discussion with the automated messaging, I got the answer I wanted. "Package was delievered on January 13/06, at 8:14am, by Andrew". At least now, I know it is still on its perilous journey to Microsoft.
